ACCESS TO HOLME BIRD OBSERVATORY UPDATE

REPAIRS TO THE COASTAL FOOTPATH ARE COMPLETE AND FULL ACCESS IS RESTORED TO THE OBSERVATORY FROM THORNHAM. THANK YOU TO OUR MEMBERS AND VISITORS FOR THEIR CO-OPERATION.

Sunday 14th February 2016

A female Blackcap was near the Richardson hide and a female Merlin was out on the grazing marsh. 28 Twite were at Thornham Harbor and offshore a Gannet, 2 Fulmars, 8 Red-breasted Mergansers, 5 Red-throated Divers, a Razorbill, 6 Kittiwakes and 8 Little Gulls were seen.
