Highlights from Walsey Hills were fairly limited but a flock of 19 Whimbrel flying west over the pinic benches and a Green Sandpiper on Snipe's Marsh were both interesting. A single Silver Y was seen along with around 30 Diamond-back Moths and 3 Painted Ladies. The first of a new wave of Wall Browns was also noted.
