Another busy day from both a ringing and visible migration perspective. Ringing highlights included the seventh new Yellow-browed Warbler of the autumn, plus another Rock Pipit (number four) and a further 43 Goldcrests and 22 Robins. Birds seen included a Great White Egret east over the grazing marsh, a Short-eared Owl, a Shorelark on the western side of Thornham Harbour and five Lapland Buntings flying over during the course of the day.
