Holme Bird Observatory Wednesday 3rd February 2021

A mid morning hour long sea watch, produced ten Eider, eight Red-breasted Merganser, five Great Crested Grebe and three Fulmar. The highlight though was a Woodcock watched flying in across the Wash with another seen earlier along Thornham Bank. A Kingfisher was also along Thornham Bank near the sluice, and a Greenshank and Spotted Redshank were in Thornham Harbour.
