COVID Safety on Our Reserves: 'NOA would like to thank all visitors for their responsible behaviour throughout the pandemic and hope they will continue to act responsibly. Should the situation change in the future then we may need to re-impose restrictions, though we hope that this won't be necessary. For the time being the Observatory building and ringing lab access restrictions will stay the same, with entry for staff only. Full use of our hides is now restored.’

NEW NOA MERCHANDISE NOW AVAILABLE The NOA is now selling pin badges and mugs for Holme Bird Observatory, available for sale at the Observatory at Holme, at a cost of £5 for pin badges and £10 for mugs. Under a system which is helping Observatories around the UK, these items are supplied by UK Birding Pins at zero cost to the Association and are of excellent quality, intended to help support our work and promote what we do. These items are now in stock, so if you’d like to have your own pin badge or mug then please do ask when you are visiting us at Holme. Any member or web visitor who would like to purchase these items online and receive them by post, can do so by ordering direct at the following links:

The NOA benefits directly from all sales both at Holme and online.
