On the sea today 40 Eider, 3 Goldeneye, 4 Red-breasted Mergansers, a Red-throated Diver, 2 Fulmars, and 7 Great Crested Grebes were counted. Around the marshes 242 Lapwings, 200 Golden Plover and 15 Black-tailed Godwits were of interest, with a Stonechat seen in the forestry and 2 Firecrests around the pines during theday.
