On the sea today 79 Eider, a Long-tailed Tit, 6 Red-breasted Mergansers, a Red-throated Diver, 3 Fulmars and a Great Crested Grebe were seen, with a Purple Sandpiper at Gore Point, 2 Barn Owls, a Tawny Owl, 3 Shorelark off the Golf Course, 4 Stonechats, 3 Rock Pipits and 4 Reed Buntings also present. Two Firecrests were in the pines and showing at times.
