A quiet day with high temperatures in the afternoon, a Turtle Dove was on wires near Redwell Marsh, 8 Eiders flew west offshore, and a Reed Warbler and a Whitethroat were trapped and ringed in the morning.
In the moth traps there was slightly less variety than the previous day but 2 female Oak Eggars and 22 Ruby Tigers were of note, together with a Pine Hawk Moth.
