ACCESS TO HOLME BIRD OBSERVATORY UPDATE

REPAIRS TO THE COASTAL FOOTPATH ARE COMPLETE AND FULL ACCESS IS RESTORED TO THE OBSERVATORY FROM THORNHAM. THANK YOU TO OUR MEMBERS AND VISITORS FOR THEIR CO-OPERATION.

Holme Bird Observatory Monday 1st November 2021

Another very rough day with some rain in the afternoon. A Whooper Swan was on the south side of the grazing marsh and two Ravens were noted. Also of interest were 2 Great White Egrets, a Chiffchaff in the pines, and a Stonechat in the dunes.
