Holme Bird Observatory Wednesday 26th January 2022

Bird of the day was the White-tailed Eagle which rested for a while on the sandbar in Thornham Harbour. A released bird from the Isle of Wight scheme seen in the company of two Red Kites and two Peregrines, which made for an impressive sight. Seawatching was quiet and only produced a single Great Northern Diver and an Eider of note.
