Holme Bird Observatory Tuesday 8th February 2022

On the reserve a flock of 1200 or so Golden Plover made an impressive sight, often seen in flight over the Grazing Marsh. An afternoon sea watch on a dropping tide revealed, two Slavonian Grebes, two adult Kittiwakes, following one of the trawlers fishing offshore, and a Great Northern Diver.
