ACCESS TO HOLME BIRD OBSERVATORY UPDATE

REPAIRS TO THE COASTAL FOOTPATH ARE COMPLETE AND FULL ACCESS IS RESTORED TO THE OBSERVATORY FROM THORNHAM. THANK YOU TO OUR MEMBERS AND VISITORS FOR THEIR CO-OPERATION.

Holme Bird Observatory Wednesday 20th April 2022

A Ring Ouzel was again present in the Dunes, with a Common Sandpiper around the Broadwater edge and a Spoonbill over the site mid-morning. The moth traps were quiet, with only single Hebrew Character, Water Carpet and Clouded Drab caught.
