An early sea-watch produced 27 Sandwich Tern, 3 Gannet, 3 Fulmar and 3 Great-crested Grebe. On the Broadwater there were 62 Black-tailed Godwits, 6 Spoonbills, 2 Green and 1 Common Sandpiper and a Greenshank. The first real signs of passerine migration were also seen today, resulting in 2 Pied Flycatchers and 2 Willow Warblers trapped and ringed.
