The Firecrest and Yellow Browed Warbler continued to show at times in the area east of the Richardson hide. Also of interest were a Great White Egret, 2 Red Kites, Water Rail, 75 Curlew, 16 Black-tailed Godwits, Greenshank, Barn Owl, 2 Great Spotted Woodpeckers, Swallow, 2 Chiffchaffs, 2 Blackcaps, 6 Stonechats, Grey Wagtail, 4 Rock Pipits, Brambling, Bullfinch and 12 Siskins.
In the moth traps 23 Lunar Underwings, 13 Large Yellow Underwings, 3 Broad Bordered Yellow Underwings, 11 Beaded Chestnuts, 6 Large Wainscots, Lesser Yellow Underwing, 2 Feathered Ranunculus, 2 Shuttle-shaped Darts, Rush Veneer, White Point and 3 Square-spot Rustics.
Wall Brown, Small Tortoiseshell, Speckled Wood and Small White were among the butterflies still on the wing.
