On the sea today, 7 Eider, 71 Common Scoter, 1 Velvet Scoter, 7 Goldeneye, 13 Red-breasted Mergansers, 2 Goosanders west, 6 Red-throated Divers, 4 Gannets, 16 Great Crested Grebes, a Razorbill, 3 Kittiwakes and 2 Little Gulls were of note. Other birds included a Greenshank at Thornham Harbour, 90 Golden Plover on the grazing marsh, 14 Black-tailed Godwits, 2 Woodcock, Kingfisher, 6 Bearded Tits, 3 Cetti's Warblers, a Chiffchaff, Blackcap, 80 Blackbirds, 3 Song Thrushes, 2 Redwings, 3 Stonechats, 4 Rock Pipits and a Cattle Egret.
Two Common Darters were still flying in the middle of the day.
