The Cattle Egret was seen again, and on the sea today, 2 Eider, 20 Common Scoters, a female Goldeneye, 4 Red-breasted Mergansers, 4 Red-throated Divers, 3 Great Crested Grebes and 2 Razorbills were recorded. A flock of 320 Golden Plover and 100 Lapwings were on the grazing marsh and 6+ Water Rails were around the Broadwater edge. Two Black-tailed Godwits, 2 Snipe, 20+ Goldcrests, 3 Rock Pipits and 2 Redpolls were also of interest.
A Red Admiral and a Migrant Hawker were still on the wing.
