Both Firecrests were near the heligoland trap at 3.30pm together with the tit flock, and 4 Shorelark were still on the beach opposite the Golf Course. No confirmed sightings of the Lesser Whitethroat** today, but it was seen over previous 3 days north of the main bank.

**This bird now confirmed as a halimodendri on DNA. [Our thanks to Martin Collinson and Tess Senfeld for their efforts in confirming the ID].
