The Dusky Warbler was seen heard and heard again this morning around the Heligoland and trapping area, but with the weather deteriorating from late morning onwards there was no further sign. A flock of Swans, around twenty in total, were seen on the sea off Gore Point late morning and were thought to be Bewick's Swans by the observers.
The moth trap was unsurprisingly very quiet with only three moths, a Black Rustic, Turnip and Large Wainscot.
