The two Whooper Swans remained on the Broadwater. Ringing this morning included catches of five each of Blackbird and Goldcrest plus a Blackcap that weighed 25.2 grams, the average non migration weight of the species being around 19 grams. With the wind strength increasing attention turned to the sea and a short sea watch late pm produced single Arctic and Sandwich Terns, 4 Bonxies, 5 Arctic Skuas, 115 Kittiwakes, 20 Little Gulls and 3 Goldeneye and 3 Eider
