Green and 2 Great Spotted Woodpeckers, 10 House Martins, 2 Lesser Whitethroats
and a Yellow Wagtail over calling.
Moths today included Fern, Garden Tiger, 5 Sharp-angled
Peacock, Green Carpet, 4 Straw Dot, 8 Lesser Broad Bordered Yellow Underwings,
17 Flounced Rustics, Common Rustic, 2 Small Fan-footed Waves, Dark Arches,
Pinion-streaked Snout, 5 Shuttle-shaped Darts, 8 Setaceous Hebrew Characters,
12 White-lined Darts, Nutmeg, Angle Shades, 5 Archer's Darts, Sallow Kitten,
Gold Swift, 2 Straw Underwings, Rosy Minor, Small Square Spot, Rustic, 3 Flame
Shoulders, 2 Cloaked Minors, Yellow Tail, Lychnis, Pebble Prominent, Scarce
Footman, Lime-speck Pug and Gold Swift. A Painted Lady was on the buddleia.
